Children over 36 months must sit on their seats and wear seat belts and boarding is restricted for infants below 36months. In the case where a guardian still wants to board with an infant below 36 months, for safety reasons it is only possible after the guardian completes the pledge and boards together the child.
|Q||Operation||Do you operate during rainy weather or snowy weather?|
Basically, the rail bike is operated even during rainy and snowy weather.
However in the situation that the weather becomes rapidly adverse, for the safety of customers, operation can be stopped without notice.
The weather situation is decided based on the weather report published by the meteorological agency. (Refer to the notice)
Adverse weather conditions and natural disasters can occur without notice so please be understanding that a sudden halt in operation is a measure undertaken for the safety of customers.
In the case where the rail bike is stopped due to the adverse weather, a 100% refund is made. However, under normal operations the refund policy remains the same.
Since it is an open rail bike, even though there is a canopy covering the top, there is no cover in front or at the sides. Therefore, when it is raining or snowy, please bring a rain coat or buy one from the convenience store.

Regarding refund amount when you cancel boarding excluding handling fee
100% refund when canceled 3 days before departure
If cancellation made two days before departure, 20% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded.
If cancellation made one day before departure, 30% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded.
If canceled 20 minutes before the departure time of the same day, 50% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded.
For same day cancellations, it must be made 20 minutes before departure for refund to be possible.
No refund will be made in case of non-arrival or non-arrival within the boarding time without notice on the departure date.
Date cannot be changed.
Partial cancellation is possible only by telephone consultation.
The refund policy applies equally during rainy weather.
